1	c	Cream, whipping
1/2	c	Sugar
2	tb	Lemon juice
1/2	c	Mayonnaise
16	oz	Fruit cocktail; drained
20	oz	Pineapple, crushed; drained
1/4	c	Pecans; chopped
		Parsley
		Maraschino cherries

Chill cream; whip until almost stiff. Beat in sugar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Fold in drained fruits and chopped pecans.

Freeze in an 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares. Garnish with sprig of parsley or maraschino cherry.
